1. Seller identification

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products through this website by Zayra Belle S.L., tax ID B24865462, registered at Calle Dracma 9, 41600 Arahal (Seville), Spain. Contact email: infolashlet@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance and scope

Placing an order means you have read and expressly accept these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. To buy you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. We reserve the right to amend these terms; the version in force at the time you place your order will always apply.

3. Products and availability

The photographs, descriptions, sizes and shades published are for guidance. Slight colour differences may occur depending on your screen settings. All products are offered subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will let you know and you can choose between waiting for a restock or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros and include the VAT applicable in Spain. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and shown separately before you confirm your order.

Promotional prices apply while the promotion is running or while stocks last. Where a crossed-out previous price is shown, it corresponds to the product's reference price outside the campaign.

5. How to order

• Select the products, size and shade you want.
• Review the contents of your bag, the shipping cost and the total.
• Enter your delivery, billing and payment details, and confirm your order.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. That email is your proof of purchase.

The contract is considered concluded at the moment payment for the order is confirmed. We keep the electronic document formalising the contract and you can request a copy at any time.

6. Payment methods

We accept credit and debit card payments through a secure payment gateway that encrypts transaction data. Full card details are not stored on our servers and are not accessible to Zayra Belle S.L..

We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment is declined by the issuing bank or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Spain. Preparation and delivery times, costs and tracking are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, and in accordance with article 103.e) of that legislation, withdrawal is not accepted for sealed intimate products that have been unsealed after delivery, such as silicone adhesives and other items in direct contact with the skin. Products whose hygiene seal remains intact can be returned.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products come with a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery. If the item you receive has a manufacturing fault or does not match what you ordered, write to us at infolashlet@gmail.com attaching your order number and photographs. We will cover the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as well as the return costs.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, washing or care.

10. Customer service and complaints

You can send any enquiry or complaint to infolashlet@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the consumer authorities of your region.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including texts, photographs, designs and trade marks, belongs to Zayra Belle S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use. Its reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited. You can find the details in our Legal Notice.

12. Partial invalidity

If any clause of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the rest will remain valid and will be interpreted in line with the original purpose of the contract.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
